Abstract:
Provided is a gasket production method with which it is possible to stabilize gasket size and shape without the need for molds. The method comprises a step for discharging a liquid rubber on a base material using a discharging device 100 and a step for forming a rubber gasket on the base material by curing the discharged liquid rubber. The discharging device 100 comprises a valve element 111 for opening and closing a flow channel through which liquid rubber flows and a discharge port 114 from which droplets of liquid rubber are discharged discontinuously by the opening and closing of the valve by the valve element 111 and is characterized by being a contactless discharging device in which the discharge port 114 is used without being in contact with the base material.
