Abstract:
A gauze slitting machine, comprising in a sequential arrangement a feed roller (1), a tension-testing roller (3), a slicing mechanism (7), a rewinding mechanism (8), and a waste-material collection device (9). The slicing mechanism (7) comprises a plurality of blades (73), a positioning roller 1 (71) and a positioning roller 2 (72) arranged one above the other; the blades (73) are slidably arranged on a support rod (74) located at the right-hand side of the positioning roller 1 (71) and are held in position by means of fastening elements (75); the support rod (74) is provided with graduations. The rewinding mechanism (8) comprises a regulating roller (81) and a rewinding roller (82). The waste-material collection device (9) comprises a waste-collection pipe (93), a receiving trough (95), a dust-removal device (92) and a waste-collection trough (96); one end of the waste-collection pipe (93) is provided with a fan (94) and the other end is connected to the waste-collection trough (96); the bottom end of the receiving trough (95) is connected to the waste-collection pipe (93); dust-removal tubing of the dust-removal device (92) extends to beneath the blades (73) and is provided at its extremity with a dust-suction plate (91); the bottom end of the dust-removal device (92) is connected to the waste-collection pipe (93). The present gauze slitting machine is able to cut gauze strips of differing widths at the same time, and features high operational efficiency while reducing production of waste. The waste-material collection device reduces waste of materials and contributes to a clean working environment.
