Abstract:
Provided is a gear grinding multilayer-layer grindstone that provides stable grinding accuracy and gear tooth surface roughness after grinding by a finishing grindstone part even in a high-speed rotation range. This gear grinding multilayer layer grindstone has a rough grinding grindstone part 52 and a finishing grindstone part 54 that are mutually fixed while having a common rotation axis Cy, wherein the outer circumferential surface 52a of the rough grinding grindstone part 52 and the outer circumferential surface 54a of the finishing grindstone part 54 have threaded grooves 56 formed continuously from the outer circumferential surface 52a to the outer circumferential surface 54a, and the finishing grindstone part 54 is formed by laminating polishing cloths 54b and is more elastic than the rough grinding grindstone part 52. Accordingly, even in a high-speed rotation range, effects of displacement caused by rotation can be absorbed on the finishing grindstone part 54 side without being imparted to the gear tooth surface, and thus the grinding accuracy and the gear tooth surface roughness as a result of grinding by the finishing grindstone part 54 of the gear grinding multilayer-layer grindstone 12 are stable.
