Disclosed are a generator rotor balanced support apparatus, system and method. The apparatus comprises: a load-bearing structure, an adjustment pad, jacks, jacking supports, and support wheels. The jacks are fixedly provided on the top side of the load-bearing structure. The adjustment pad is provided between the jack and the load-bearing structure. The jacking supports are provided on the top of the jack. The top of the jacking support is rotatably connected to the support wheel. At least two jacks, jacking supports, and protection wheels are provided. Two support wheels can both abut against a generator rotor. When the two support wheels both abut against the generator rotor, the circle center of the two support wheels is in an isosceles triangle distribution with the circle center of the generator rotor. The present invention can solve the problems of support and axial center adjustment of the generator rotor.
