Abstract:
Provided are a generator stator of a baffle and air-cooled type, and a generator with high torque density. The generator stator comprises a stator core and a plurality of stator windings. The stator core is of a hollow columnar structure and comprises a cavity located in the hollow, wherein a plurality of stator teeth are formed on the side of the stator core that is close to a rotor of a generator; the plurality of stator teeth extend in a radial direction of the stator core, and are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the stator core; a stator slot is formed by a gap between two adjacent stator teeth; a plurality of stator slots are formed; and the stator core comprises a cooling air duct. The plurality of stator windings are assembled in the stator slots; a ventilation gap is formed between the stator winding and at least one of the stator teeth adjacent to the stator winding in the widthwise direction of the teeth; the ventilation gap extends in an extension direction of the stator teeth; and the cooling air duct is in communication with the ventilation gap and the cavity in the hollow of the stator core. By means of the solution, the electromagnetic property and the cooling effect of the generator are comprehensively optimized, and the upper limit of the torque density of the generator is effectively raised.
