Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ginsenoside fatty acid ester compound, a method for preparing same, and a cosmetic composition comprising same and, more specifically, to a ginsenoside fatty acid ester compound, modified into a fatty acid ester compound so as to have hydrophobicity, and a method for preparing same. The compound shows excellent penetration through epidermal keratin and effectively inhibits melanic pigment and MMP-1 expression, thereby being preferably applied as a cosmetic composition for skin whitening and wrinkle reduction.
