Abstract:
[Problem]To make it possible to crush glass cullet into non-angular, fine, sand-like glass powder, and also to ensure the durability of equipment. [Solution]The present invention comprises: a crusher 2 provided with a drum part 3 with a built-in crushing rotor 6 for crushing pre-crushed glass cullet; a conveying pipe 10 that is formed in a substantially linear shape, extends obliquely upward from the crusher 2, and guides the glass crushed inside the drum part 3; a preduster 4 that is formed in a container shape and into which the upper end of the conveying pipe 10 is inserted; and a hopper 5 that is provided integrally with the lower part of the preduster 4. Furthermore, a plurality of arc-like wear-resistant steel plates serving as a liner 7 are fixed with a bolt 8 and nut 9 to the inner peripheral surface of the drum part 3.
