Abstract:
A glass plate manufacturing device comprising a transporting device 14 to transport a glass plate G, wherein the transporting device 14 comprises a shaft 32 for transportation, a bearing 33 to support the shaft 32, an accommodation chamber 34 to accommodate the bearing 33, a supply channel 36 to supply a lubrication liquid 35 to the accommodation chamber 34, and a discharge channel 37 to discharge the lubrication liquid 35 from the accommodation chamber 34. The transporting device 14 with the aforementioned configuration is configured to be able to discharge, from the accommodation chamber 34, the lubrication liquid 35 and a gas 38 in the accommodation chamber 34 through the discharge channel 37.
