Abstract:
Glucopyranosyloxypyrazole derivatives represented by general formula (I), which have an effect of inhibiting human SGLT2 activity and are useful as preventives or remedies for diabetes, complication of diabetes or obesity, or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. In said formula, R?1¿ represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; one of Q?1¿ and T?1¿ represents a group of formula (A), while the other represents lower alkyl or halogenated lower alkyl; and R?2¿ represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, halogenated lower alkyl or halogeno.
