Title:
GLUCOSE DEHYDROGENASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/051704
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a glucose dehydrogenase originating in Botryotinia fuckeliana, a method for producing the same, and an assay method, a reagent composition and a biosensor each using the aforesaid enzyme. A biosensor for assaying glucose without being affected by dissolved oxygen, characterized by using a flavin-bound glucose dehydrogenase that comprises glycopolypeptide (e) or (f): (e) a glycopolypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:5; and (f) a glycopolypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that is derived from the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:5 by substitution, deletion or addition of one to several amino acids and having glucose dehydrogenase activity.
