Disclosed are a glue preparation device and a glue preparation method. The glue preparation device comprises solution storage devices (10), pump bodies (20) and a fluid mixing mechanism (100). There are two or more solution storage devices (10) for filling solutions to be mixed. There are two or more pump bodies (20) arranged corresponding to the solution storage devices (10). The pump bodies (20) are used for pumping the solutions to be mixed in the solution storage devices (10) into the fluid mixing mechanism (100). The fluid mixing mechanism (100) is used for mixing the solutions to be mixed. The solutions to be mixed in the solution storage devices (10) are pumped into the fluid mixing mechanism (100) by means of the pump bodies (20) for mixing, and the pumping speed of the pump bodies (20) is controlled to control the amount of the solutions to be mixed pumped into the fluid mixing mechanism (100), thus realising mixing of the two or more solutions to be mixed according to a pre-set ratio to prepare glue.
