Abstract:
The present invention provides: a glycidyl (meth)acrylate composition that can be stably stored for long periods of time without a phenolic polymerization inhibitor that is included in the composition being readily degraded; and a method for suppressing the deactivation of the phenolic polymerization inhibitor in the glycidyl (meth)acrylate composition. More specifically, the present invention provides: a glycidyl (meth)acrylate composition that includes glycidyl (meth)acrylate, a quaternary ammonium salt, a strong acid salt, and a phenolic polymerization inhibitor; and a method for suppressing the deactivation of the phenolic polymerization inhibitor in the glycidyl (meth)acrylate composition, the method involving adjusting the amount of the strong acid salt in the glycidyl (meth)acrylate composition to a fixed amount relative to the quaternary ammonium salt.
