Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a graft copolymer or a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the graft copolymer, which comprises conducting the graft copolymerization of 100 parts by mass of a combination of 20 to 100 mass% of a reactive polyolefin and 0 to 80 mass% of a polyolefin other than a reactive polyolefin and 0.2 to 300 parts by mass of at least one specific monomer in the presence of a radical initiator. The graft copolymer or the thermoplastic resin composition comprising the graft copolymer is useful as a component for a sealant, a modifier for a polyolefin, a surface modifier, a primer treatment or a coating agent.
