Abstract:
A grain sampling and monitoring device for a combine harvester, comprising a grain elevator (3), wherein a sampling device is integrally and fixedly arranged on a punching plate located at the outer side of the grain elevator (3); the upper side of the grain elevator (3) is connected to the upper end of an upper chute pipe (4); the upper chute pipe (4) is obliquely arranged; the lower end of the upper chute pipe (4) is connected to the sampling device; an image capture camera (6) is provided above the sampling device; the shooting camera (6) is connected to an image analyzing and processing device, and the image analyzing and processing device is connected to a vehicle control device. The grain sampling and monitoring device for a combine harvester is directed at the sampling and monitoring of processed cereal grains in the grain elevator, and thus, it is not necessary to that the cereal grains be accumulated to a certain weight before being sampled and photographed, there is continuity and constancy during sampling, and the effect of real-time grain monitoring is effectively guaranteed. Also disclosed is a method for monitoring and controlling grain sampling.
