Abstract:
A graphite heat exchange block providable with a central stirring paddle shaft is disclosed. The heat exchange block is provided with a central through-hole (1). The heat exchange block is further provided with transverse holes, longitudinal holes (2), and a flow channel (3). The longitudinal holes (2) extend through the heat exchange block. The transverse holes are perpendicular to an axis of the heat exchange block. The longitudinal holes (2) and the central through-hole (1) are parallel to the axis of the heat exchange block. The transverse holes are not in communication with the longitudinal holes (2). The transverse holes include first transverse holes (5) and second transverse holes (4). The first transverse holes (5) are located at two sides of the second transverse holes (4). The second transverse holes (4) are located at two opposite sides of the central through-hole (1). The second transverse holes (4) located at the two sides of the central through-hole (1) communicate with one another through the flow channel (3). When the heat exchange block is installed in a reactor, a stirring shaft is disposed to extend through the central through-hole (1). The transverse holes serve as holes for cooling water. The longitudinal holes (2) serve as holes for materials. The cooling water flowing through the second transverse holes (4) does not flow into the central through-hole (1), but flows into the second transverse holes (4) at the opposite side via the flow channel (3) and then flows out. Therefore, insufficient circulation of the cooling water is avoided, enhancing the heat exchange effect and material utilization ratio.
