Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a grease composition that has a superior noise reduction effect at low frequencies (100-500 Hz range); a slide member using same; and a noise reduction method. [Solution] Provided are: a grease composition (preferably a noise reduction lubricating grease) which comprises (A) a base oil that contains polyalphaolefin (PAO), (B) a thickener that contains a lithium soap, (C1) a styrene-based block copolymer having a glass transition point (Tg) of less than -20°C, and (C2) a styrene-based block copolymer having a glass transition point (Tg) of at least -20°C; and a use of said grease composition.
