Abstract:
A grease pump, comprising a pump body (1), a driving mechanism and a plunger pair (2), and also comprising a reversing valve (4) and a lever mechanism (6), wherein a spool (7) of the reversing valve (4) is switched between valve positions under the driving of the swinging action of the lever mechanism (6), and an output rotating shaft (10) drives a dialing member (12) rotating therewith; when the output rotating shaft (10) is rotated in the forward and reverse directions, the forward and reverse directions of the dialing member (12) dials the lever mechanism (6) to cause the lever mechanism to reciprocatingly swing, thus enabling the reversing valve (4) to change the valve position; the pump body (1) is internally provided with an elastic structure (14); when the output rotating shaft (10) rotates in the forward or reverse direction, the dialing member (12) contacts the lever mechanism (6) and drives the spool (7) to move, and the elastic structure (14) is compressed; and when the spool (7) is switched to a corresponding valve position, the dialing member (12) and the lever mechanism (6) slide relative to each other, and the lever mechanism (6) resets due to the elastic force provided therefor by the elastic structure (14). The reversing power of the reversing valve (4) is derived from a driving member that drives the plunger pair (2) to move, and power is transmitted to the spool (7) of the reversing valve (4) by means of the cooperation of the lever mechanism (6) and the dialing member (12). The present invention is simple in structure and easy to use.
