Abstract:
Provided is a grease-resistant film with which can be obtained a grease-resistant base material which provides excellent resistance to grease in flat portions as well as in folded portions of a packaging body. Also provided are the grease-resistant base material comprising the grease-resistant film, and a grease-resistant paper comprising the grease-resistant film. Specifically, the invention provides: a grease-resistant film comprising a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer (A) and polymer particles (B) containing a polymer with a glass transition temperature of 40°C or lower, the polymer particle (B) content, relative to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer (A), being 1 part by mass or more but less than 150 parts by mass; and a grease-resistant base material (grease-resistant paper) comprising the grease-resistant film over a base material (paper).
