Abstract:

Provided is a green environmentally friendly adhesive dipping liquid, the raw material composition thereof being 1-15% of blocked isocyanate, 0.5-10% of special amino resin, 10-50% of rubber latex, 1-5% of additive, the remainder being water, and the sum of the weight percentages of the components being 100%. The method for preparing the dipping liquid is: adding blocked isocyanate and an additive a into water and stirring evenly to obtain a composition 1; adding an additive b to the composition 1 and stirring evenly to obtain a composition 2; adding the special amino resin to the composition 2 and stirring evenly, then grinding to obtain a composition 3; adding rubber latex to the composition 3 and stirring evenly to obtain a green environmentally friendly adhesive dipping liquid, and packaging. The dipping liquid does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as formaldehyde and resorcinol, the method for production is simple and easy to operate, the production cycle is short and the factor of safety is high, and the invention enables the safe and green implementation of an adhesive dipping liquid preparation and adhesive dipping process.
