Abstract:
A green tire transfer system for tire production, comprising: a transfer framework, the transfer framework comprising a base; a turnover unit, comprising several turnover supports, the turnover supports being hinged to the base; a temporary storage unit, the temporary storage unit comprising multiple temporary storage conveying belts; a linkage unit, the linkage unit comprising a traction mechanism and a connection mechanism respectively mounted at the end portions of the two sides in the direction of the long axis of the base; and a moving unit, the moving unit comprising a moving roller set mounted at the bottom end of the transfer framework. By means of cooperation of the turnover unit and the temporary storage unit, a tire can be moved on to or off of the temporary storage conveying belt by turning the turnover unit, reducing the manual labor force and preventing the tire from being directly pressed on the base, effectively avoiding the generation of indentation; furthermore, the linkage unit is provided to perform linkage between a plurality of transfer systems, improving the working efficiency.
