Abstract:
A grinding device (1) for a submarine propeller holding member. The grinding device comprises a motor (2); a side wall of the motor (2) is provided with a power connector (8), and a base (3) is mounted on a side of the motor (2); a left casing (5) is mounted on a side of the base (3), a right casing (4) is mounted on the other side of the base (3), and a grinding station (7) is mounted inside the base (3); a fixing member (6) is fastened above the grinding station (7), and a grinding member (14) is mounted on a side wall of the fixing member (6); a connecting joint between the grinding member (14) and the fixing member (6) is nested with a lantern ring (13), and a fastening block (12) is fastened above the lantern ring (13). The left casing (5) and the right casing (4) are respectively mounted on outer walls at two sides of the base (3), and the whole device is sealed by using the left casing (5) and the right casing (4) matching the specification of the base (3), so that the grinding station (7) can carry out grinding in a sealed state, thus ensuring that shed precious metal residues may remain in the device during grinding so as to facilitate recycling, and also effectively reducing noise generated during grinding. Two ends of the fixing member (6) are respectively fixed to inner walls of the left casing (5) and the right casing (4), and the top is fastened to the inner wall at the top of the left casing (5) by means of the fastening block (12), thus ensuring that the position of the grinding member (14) on the fixing member (6) is stable, and the maximum grinding degree is also defined.
