Abstract:
A grinding and polishing apparatus, comprising a base (1), a conveyer belt (11), a swing beam (2), and at least one grinding main machine mounted on the swing beam (2). The conveyor belt (11) is mounted on the base (1); a first support base (12) and a second support base (13) are provided above the base (1); the swing beam (2) comprises a main beam (21) and a first moving base (22) and a second moving base (23) which are provided on two ends of the main beam; the first moving base (22) and the second moving base (23) are respectively placed on the first support base (12) and the second support base (13); a traveling mechanism (7) used for driving the swing beam to reciprocatingly swing on the first support base and the second support base is further provided on the swing beam; the traveling mechanism (7) comprises a driving shaft (71), two driving gears (72), traveling motors (73), and two racks (74). According to the apparatus, the driving gears provided at both sides of the driving shaft are configured to be meshed with the racks, thereby ensuring the stability of transverse swinging of the swing beam.
