Abstract:
Provided is a grip part structure for a gravure platemaking robot, wherein a high gripping force is exhibited when a gravure platemaking robot grips a platemaking roll, thereby enabling reliable gripping of a platemaking roll and improved positional accuracy when moving the platemaking roll to each of processing devices. This grip part structure, which is for a gravure platemaking robot and is used in a fully-automatic gravure platemaking processing system for manufacturing a gravure platemaking roll by gripping the platemaking roll and moving the roll to each of processing devices, is configured to include: a pair of grip plates for gripping both ends of the platemaking roll, the grip plates being attached to the arm tip of the gravure platemaking robot and configured such that the distance between the grip plates can be increased and decreased; and grip surface forming members which are provided on the grip plates, have a grip surface that is curved so as to be concave toward an end portion center of the gripped platemaking roll, and have a slip-preventing function.
