Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of smart home, and in particular, to a ground material recognition method, a control method, an apparatus, and a storage medium. The present invention aims at solving the problem of low working efficiency of an autonomous mobile device caused by different moving speeds of the autonomous mobile device on different resistance materials. The ground material recognition method for the autonomous mobile device in the present invention comprises: sending a control instruction to the autonomous mobile device, the control instruction comprising commanding the autonomous mobile device to rotate in situ by a preset rotation angle; acquiring an actual rotation angle of the autonomous mobile device; and determining the ground material according to the preset rotation angle and the actual rotation angle. In this way, the autonomous mobile device is allowed to automatically recognize ground of different materials, and perform different functions or working modes on the basis of the ground of different materials, or automatically set different set speeds on the basis of the ground of different materials, such that the autonomous mobile device can reach a basically consistent actual traveling speed regardless of the material of ground for operation, thereby ensuring the working efficiency of the autonomous mobile device.
