Abstract:
A ground test bench for an aircraft oxygen system, comprising a box body (1) and a box cover (2) hinged to the box body (1). One side surface wall of the box body (1) is communicated with an air inlet tube (5) and an air outlet tube (6); the top of the box body (1) is communicated with an air averaging tube (11); the air averaging tube (11) is provided with an air release valve (12); the top of the air averaging tube (11) is provided with a connection tube (13); a limiting rod (17) of which a side end surface is "L"-shaped is rotatably connected to the top of an outer surface of the box cover (2); a spring (18) is fixedly connected to one side, close to the box cover (2), of a top surface wall of the box body (1); a sliding block (19) is fixedly connected to a telescopic end of the spring (18); a triangular prism-shaped limiting block (20) is welded on the top of the sliding block (19). The air release valve (12) on the air averaging tube (11) is first opened before the box cover (2) is opened, so that air pressure inside the box body (1) is the same as the outside, and the case of difficulty in opening the box cover (2) due to the inconsistence of internal air pressure and external air pressure is avoided; meanwhile, a filter screen (14) can filter large particle substances to prevent the air averaging tube (11) from being blocked; the clamping of the limiting block (20) and the limiting rod (17) has a fixing function to prevent the box cover (2) from being opened during operation; the limiting block (20) is pushed before cleaning so that the limiting block is separated from the limiting rod (17), and thus the limiting rod (17) can rotate to open the box cover (2), thereby facilitating cleaning the interior of the box body (1) and preventing bacteria breeding inside the box body (1).
