Abstract:
Provided are a guide for a steel sheet pile rolling machine and a steel sheet pile manufacturing method with which it is possible to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of guide jamming and guide damage and to offer high maintainability. A guide (8) for a rolling machine for a steel sheet pile 1 is provided on the entry side of a rolling machine (for example, a finishing rolling machine (6)) comprising an upper roll and a lower roll on which a caliber (for example, K1 caliber (71)) corresponding to the shape of the steel sheet pile (1) is formed. The caliber includes, in terms of shape as viewed from a rolling direction, a first portion (711) for rolling a web and a pair of second portions (712) for rolling a pair of flat sections. The guide (8) includes at least one roller (812) which is each provided on the first portion (711) side of the pair of second portions (712) when viewed from the rolling direction, and which is rotatable in the rolling direction. The guide (8) is provided with a pair of roller guides (81) for guiding a flat portion of rolled material to the caliber, and a web guide (82) which is provided, when viewed from the rolling direction, on the second portion pair (712) side of the first portion (711), and which guides the material web to the caliber.
