Abstract:
A gunpowder gas cooling apparatus, comprising: a blocking sheet (11), a primary cooling component, a secondary cooling component, and a filter plate assembly (2). The cooling apparatus is radially divided into multiple layers of cavities from inside to outside by the primary cooling component and the secondary cooling component; high-temperature gas is injected into an innermost cavity by means of the blocking sheet (11), sequentially flows through the different layers of cavities from inside to outside, and then flows out by means of the filter plate assembly (2); the flowing directions of the high-temperature gas in two adjacent layers of cavities are opposite. In the apparatus, structural members are added at a gas outlet, the structural members are connected in series to increase the length, and a multi-layer shell is formed in a sleeved manner; a gas flow channel is changed, and the contact areas between the gas and the structural members and a channel stroke are increased, such that the high-temperature gas and the structural members exchange heat sufficiently; the temperature of the gas is decreased by using the temperature difference and the thermal tolerance between the high-temperature gas and a cooling structure having the proportion not greater than that of a gunpowder holding space.
