Abstract:
A gyroscope, comprising an external anchor point structure (100), an outer circular ring structure (200), an inner circular ring structure (300), an inner electrode (410), an outer electrode (420), and a coupling beam structure (500). The coupling beam structure (500) is provided between the external anchor point structure (100) and the outer circular ring structure (200) and between the outer circular ring structure (200) and the inner circular ring structure (300), and the coupling beam structure (500) is used for supporting the outer circular ring structure (200) and the inner circular ring structure (300) to vibrate. The gyroscope, taken as a whole, is higher in rigidity and modal frequency, has better vibration resistance, and is higher in detection accuracy.
