Abstract:
Disclosed are a stationary cutter structure and a process for machining same. The stationary cutter structure is integrally formed using a metal material, and comprises a planar contact portion (1), a connecting portion (2), a limiting portion (3) and a mounting portion (4), wherein the planar contact portion (1) has a smooth surface, hair entering gaps (5) are provided in left and right sides of the limiting portion (3), the connecting portion (2) and the planar contact portion (1), and the hair entering gaps (5) are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction. The specific machining steps are: 1) providing a material; 2) machining hair entering gaps (5); and 3) carrying out bending for forming. The stationary cutter structure is integrally formed from a metal sheet, and is thus simple in structure and easy to machine and mount; moreover, the planar contact portion is flat and smooth, thereby ensuring comfort when shaving and the effect of shaving.
