Abstract:
Provided are a hair rendering method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a target video including hair information, and choosing a target image frame from image frames of the target video; acquiring a texture image of the target image frame, wherein the texture image is an image, in a texture format, which records a motion state and state change information of a pixel point in the target image frame; acquiring, from the texture image, a first target motion state and target state change information of a first target particle area; according to the first target motion state and the target state change information, determining a second target motion state of the first target particle area in the next image frame; and according to the second target motion state, updating the motion state in the texture image, so as to render a hair area. By means of the method, the real-time rendering of a hair area can be realized at a mobile end, a motion state of a specific particle area can also be modified, and the rendering special effect of particles flowing along the direction of hairs can be realized.
