Description:
Hairdressing washer

The object of the invention is a hairdressing washer, especially in a hairdressing salon.

It is known from the published British description No. GB2160769 "hairwashing washbasin", where the bowl is planted on the piston rod of the height-adjustable forklift. The bowl is planted on the forklift via the joint enabling vertical bending to a comfortable angle. Apart from that the bracket of the bowl is fastened to the base with the second joint.

It is also known from the published description No. WO20091 18923 "hairwashing washbasin planted on wheels".

According to the invention, the body of the washbasin is rotationally and perpendicularly on a spherical head of the bracket which is put slidably in the stem mounted separately to the base. The bowl lays on the body of the washbasin and the bowl's edge is attached to the body of the washbasin. Moreover, the edge of the bowl, together with the adjoining fragment of the wall of the basin, in the part protruding beyond the body of the washbasin, is arched inwards and makes a clamping ring for the neck, while the edge of the bowl, limited to its bent curves, creates, in the profile, a rounded edge of the whole section. The bent fragment of the bowl's wall leans towards the bottom part of the bowl. The bowl has drainage holes in the bottom part and the outer fragment of its cup covering these holes is bottom-lined with cylindrical connector for fastening the drainage pipe.

The pipes which supply the faucet with water and the drainage pipe are placed inside the bracket and the stem. All the pipes are flexible and stretchy, and their ends are attached to the clip connectors, thus, can be easily installed or removed. According to the invention handling the hairdressing washer, such as moving and placing, is comfortable in any location of a hairdressing salon. Because of its adjustable height and the variable pitch of the bowl, it is possible to adapt the washer to any customer, without the need to relocate them. The washer is ergonomic, because it can be adjusted to the dimensions of a hairdresser, giving them full access to organizing work freely (i.e. using shampoos and tools from a container mounted below the bowl). All the pipes can be attached after placing the hairdressing washer in a desired position. The object of the invention is shown in the example drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the axial section of the washer, fig. 2

The device consists of the console 1 which is supplied with the base 2 planted on wheels 3, on which spare containers 4 are placed. The console 1 is connected separately with tubular stem 5, in which the bracket 6 is planted slidably and fixed by a screw 7.

The bracket 6 is ended with the head 8. The head 's shape is a cut of a sphere, which is planted rotationally and perpendicularly on a flexible socket 9 of a shape of a bowl, forming the body of the washbasin 10. In the flexible socket 9 there are longitudinal slots 1 1 , enabling the assembly of the body of the washbasin 10 together with the bracket 6. On the outer side of the socket's bowl 9 is a tying band 1 2, immobilizing the body of the washbasin 10 against the bracket 6. On to the body of the washbasin 10 the bowl 1 3 is attached. The body of the washbasin 10 is slashed at the side opposite to the faucet 14, which is planted on the edge 1 5. Apart from that, on the edge 1 5 inside the washbasin's body 10, there are holes 1 6 for screws 1 7 that hold the bowl 1 3. The bowl's wall 1 8 has holes 19 for screws 1 7. There are sink holes 20in the bottom-lined part of the bowl 1 3. Under these holes 20 is a bottom 21 with cylindrical outflow connector 22. On the opposite side of the planting of the faucet 14 the bowl's edge 1 8 gets narrow and retreated, together with the adjoining wall 23, towards the center of the bowl 1 2, creating an oval edge 24 and forming the clamping ring for the neck. Apart from that, the bent part of the wall 23 leans towards of the bottom part of the bowl 1 3. The connector 22 is connected tightly with the flexible and stretchy drainage pipe 25, which rests inside the bracket 6 and the stem 5, and connects at the other end with the adaptor 26 installed in the base 2. Between the body of the washbasin 10 and the bowl 1 3 is a space 27, where two water-supplying pipes 28 are stored. The water-supplying pipes 28, made of flexible and stretchy component, are, at the one end, connected 14 to the end of the faucet 28, and, at the other end, the same pipes 25 which are stored inside the bracket 6 and the stem 5 are attached to the connectors 29 in the base 2. The base 2 is equipped with wheels with brakes 3, which is adjoined with the lever 30 settled near the ground. The washer has got a popular mechanism for adjusting its position.
