Abstract:
A Halbach array type coupler, comprising an input shaft (1), an input end cover (2), a bearing group (3), an output shaft (4), an output end cover (5), a housing (6), a cooling mechanism (7), and a buffer mechanism (8). The bearing group (3) comprises a first bearing (31) and a second bearing (32); the input end cover (2) is connected to the output end cover (5) by means of the housing (6); the input shaft (1) is fixedly connected on the outer end of the input end cover (2) by means of screws; the first bearing (31) is rotatably mounted in the inner side wall of the input end cover (2); an axial copper conductor (21) is fixedly mounted on the inner surface of the input end cover (2). The coupler solves the problems that internal parts are damaged due to vibration forces when an existing magnetic coupler is used on a truck in a perennial hot area and the magnetism in the coupler is liable to decrease or disappear under the high temperature environment, and a magnetic flux leakage phenomenon occurs in the magnetic coupler and leads to loss of a magnetic induction line and thus the transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupler is influenced.
