Abstract:
A halogen-free flame retardant having good flame retardancy and processibility, and a flame-retardant resin composition. The halogen-free flame retardant having good flame retardancy and processibility is composed of piperazine phosphate, melamine and a derivative thereof, a metal salt flame-retardant synergist, a hyperdispersant, a low-melting-point lubricating flame-retardant additive, and an organic sulphur-containing compound. The flame-retardant resin composition is composed of the halogen-free flame retardant having good flame retardancy and processibility and a resin, the mass percentage of the halogen-free flame retardant having good flame retardancy and processibility being 15-50%. The halogen-free flame retardant of the present invention is excellent in flame retardancy and good in compatibility and dispersibility in a resin; the surface of a flame-retardant product is smooth and free of white spots; and the rate of finished products is high.
