Disclosed in the present invention is a hand-held hair dryer device, comprising a grasping part, a working part connected to the grasping part, and an air sucking assembly that is arranged inside the grasping part and causes air to flow into the working part. The working part is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the grasping part is connected to the air inlet. The grasping part comprises a grasping outer shell in which is formed a hollow part, and a grasping inner shell arranged inside said hollow part, a flow guide part used to guide the airflow being provided on the grasping inner shell, and the flow guide part guiding the airflow from the air inlet to the air outlet. By means of arranging a flow guide part at a position of a grasping part near to an air inlet of a working part, the flow guide part being used to guide an airflow from the air inlet to the air outlet, the airflow is prevented from becoming turbulent within the working part, thus causing the airflow at the air outlet to be smooth, and indirectly achieving the effect of conserving resources.
