Abstract:
Disclosed is a handheld high-pressure washer with a silent water-cooled high-efficiency electric motor. The handheld high-pressure washer comprises: an electric motor pump unit, wherein the electric motor pump unit comprises a mini-pump and a water-cooled electric motor, the water-cooled electric motor is connected to the mini-pump, and the mini-pump is provided with a pump water inlet and a high-pressure water outlet; and a housing, wherein the housing is hermetically wrapped around the electric motor pump unit; the water-cooled electric motor comprises an electric motor housing; an electric motor shaft, a rotor and a stator core are mounted in the electric motor housing; the rotor is mounted on the electric motor shaft, and the stator core is located outside the rotor; the electric motor housing is provided with a circular side wall, and the stator core is attached to the side wall to form a heat conduction channel; and the electric motor housing is provided with at least one cooling channel passing through the side wall, a water inlet in communication with one end of the cooling channel, and a water outlet in communication with the other end of the cooling channel, the water inlet is connected to an external water source, and the water outlet is in communication with the pump water inlet. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the electric motor uses water cooling to replace the existing air cooling; the waterproofing grades of the electric motor and the whole machine can reach IPX7 or even higher; and the machine is relatively safe and reliable.
