[Problem] To reduce manufacturing efforts and storage size. [Solution] A handle 200 having locking portions 205 to which ends a, b of a wrapping cloth S folded at the center with two opposite sides thereof overlapping each other are fixed. The fixing comprises: a first step of passing opposing corner portions a, b each through one hole 202, 203 of each of the locking portions 205 from a back surface and onto the top; and a second step of passing the corner portions a, b each through the other hole 203, 202 from the top so as to intersect each other and onto the back surface. In the second step, the corner portion a is passed closer to the most tip-end side than the position of the corner portion b passed through the hole 203 in the first step, and the corner portion b passed in the second step is passed closer to the most tip-end side than the position of the corner a passed through the hole 202 in the first step. The locking is performed similarly with respect to the other locking portion 205. In this way, the wrapping cloth S is attached to the handle 200 in a double-folded state, and the wrapping cloth S is held in the form of a pouch-like bag into which a desired article can be stored. The handle 200 has a thin and strip-shaped body, and is therefore easy to store, without a sheet body fixed thereto, in a bag or the like. In addition, the locking portions 205 are configured from a plurality of holes 202, 203 and are therefore easy to manufacture.
