CLAIMS

1. A handmade improvised explosives annihilation and devastation tracked vehicle characterized in that comprising;

- a pallet (1 ) with an end pallet (1.1 ) at both ends, capable of moving in the up and down direction, at least 25 cm in length, which is the height required for stand-off distance and stair climbing dimension,

- an armor piercing container (2) made of hard aluminum in square dimensions of 20 cm x 20 cm and having a thickness of at least 4 mm, in the form of a copper funnel having a cylinder volume, with a 100-degree angle and located inverted position.

- a body of the vehicle (3)

- a container with steel particles in the form of small lozenge slices

- a GPS Module (7)

- a battery and ignition block (5)

- a drive camera (6)

- a night vision camera (6.1 )

- an LED (8) and an antenna (10).

2. The vehicle body (3) of Claim 1 , characterized by comprising at least three retention latches (9) which are locked in engagement with each other.

HANDMADE IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVES ANNIHILATION AND DEVASTATION

TRACKED VEHICLE TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention, which is the subject of the application, is related to the vehicle developed to prevent personnel losses in case of mutual position battles, situations in areas that cannot be entered in case of residential area combats, and in situations such as trapped handmade improvised explosives which are encountered in military missions and in culverts, cave drives, attack and defense combats.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention, which is the subject of the application, is related to the vehicle which is directed and fired by remote control and that has a reverse-positioned and cylinder-volume container made of square hard aluminum aiming placing explosives for destruction which has counter-shaped high explosive and armor-piercing feature. This invention is intended both to prevent the loss of personnel and reduce the risk especially in the areas where rapid intervention is required and which cannot be intercepted for handmade improvised explosives placed in the grounds, caves, attack and defense battlefields where many personnel in today's battles cause their lives to be lost or injured.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention, which is the subject of the application, is an annihilation tracked vehicle designed to eliminate the disadvantages of the above situations and to prevent personnel losses. The vehicle has at least one of an armor piercing container (2) in the form of a copper funnel having a cylinder volume, a 100 degree angle and inverted position, and an anti-personnel particle destruction container. The armor-piercing container (2) is used to dispose of buried explosives, to open a passage from walls, in cave-driving situations and to gain superiority against armored vehicles. Against the collective enemy targets, anti-personnel particle destroyer is used, which contains steel particles which resemble diamond pieces, which will cause damage by creating part effect. The anti-personnel particulate devastation container has the characteristics of creating the desired effect according to the desired situation by remote control by tightening the plastic explosive inside the vessel and putting it on the vehicle body (3). The armor-piercing container (2) and the anti-personnel particle devastation container can be installed in the vehicle body (3) according to the desired scenario. The armor piercing container (2) or anti-personnel particle devastation container to be placed on the vehicle body (3) is fixed by being closed by pushing in at least three retention latches (9) around the recessed cavity on the containers. The recessed portion at the bottom of the containers, which will allow retaining latches (9) to pass into it , is in the form of locking and holding the retaining latches (9) and the vehicle body (3) together. The invention has been designed in such a small size that it can easily be carried on the back of the staff in operational activities and has end pallets (1.1 ) which are required to stand-off distance (height-distance) and stair climbing at least 25 cm (centimeter). The end pallets (1.1 ) are located on both ends of the pallet (1 ). The end pallets (1.1 ) and the pallet (1 ) are moved by a pair of motors allowing separate control. And these motors can be used simultaneously. Thanks to the pallets (1 ) and the end pallets (1.1 ) which are controlled individually by the simultaneous pallet motors and can be moved up and down on the same motor, in order to avoid the interruption of operations, waiting for the interruption and destruction / deactivation phase of the operations, in order to make the intervention more secure without waiting for the Explosive Materials Discovery and Disposal Team to come to the region, the destructive elements of the related arm can easily eliminate the danger by the control panel that have a direct effect on the vehicle operation system in reified way.

This vehicle provides the explosive destruction personnel survive in situations where an explosive buried in the ground which threatens life of the personnel. The armor-piercing container (2) of 20x20 cm size on the tracked destruction vehicle shown in Fig. 4 is made of aluminum which is for the lightness of the explosive chamber and a 2 mm thick copper funnel with an angle of 100 degrees in the middle of the cylindrical shape of the open mouth. In order to focus the effect of the explosive on the copper funnel, the thinnest wall thickness of the cylindrical interior of the armor piercing container (2) is at least 4 mm. The reason for the funnel is reversed; is to exploit the punching effect caused by the melting of the copper in the reverse effect created by the pushing force generated by the ignition of the explosive located behind it. The destruction container called anti-personnel particles consists of steel fragments formed with small diamond-shaped slices in order to create shrapnel effect. The explosive disposal personnel drive the vehicle to the trapped area by inserting a plastic explosive into the square shaped container made of aluminum for the purpose of lightening the explosive chamber and with the aid of a front drive camera (6) on the vehicle and a night vision camera (6.1 ) which can turn around 360 degrees, with two lenses for both daytime and night vision by setting the stand-off distance (safe distance) of at least 25 cm height in order to determine the point where the explosive is located and to create the stroke distance by means of the auxiliary end pallets (1.1 ). The personnel ignite the plastic explosive located in guided armor-piercing container with copper funnel which is in 20x20 cm dimensions with a 100-degree angle by the help of the battery on the vehicle and the electric fuse fed from the ignition block (5) from a safe zone with a car drive control. The safe distance mentioned in these activities has been evaluated to be a minimum of 3 kilometers between the vehicle and the controller with the GPS module (7) considering the communication feature. Such long distances have been considered to be highly needed in scenarios in residential neighborhoods. The ignition of the detonator takes place in two stages in terms of safety. The vehicle is actuated by the antenna (10) of the remote control which detects the signal. First, the ignition capacitor is charged by holding down the "Ignition Charge" button on the left console for 2 seconds, then as soon as the decision to ignite is made, the electric fuse is activated by sending a momentary signal by the "Ignition" button on the right console. This two-stage situation is intended to prevent ignition from being tied to a single key and to provide protection from possible hazards. The high explosive power and penetrating jet effect that the container will generate and the buried explosive in the ground are detonated together with the vehicle. The vehicle body (3) is considered as the consumable material as it will explode with the explosive on it. Command control remote control will be permanent in the relevant units. Each of the vehicle bodies (3) to be provided by the units is matched to the frequency of the command control remote control to be used so that the remote control and the vehicle body (3) are wirelessly connected with each other. If a new vehicle body (3) is used after the paired vehicle has been detonated, the same operation (matching the vehicle body (3) and command control frequency) is performed.

The protective clothing that disposal personnel wear is approximately 47 kilograms. The work to be done by the personnel in this weight for disposal in the culvert is completely dangerous. By means of this designed vehicle, the personnel can send the vehicle from the safe back region into the culvert, approaching the trapped explosive with the help of the LED (8) lights on both sides of the front drive camera (6) on the vehicle, ensures that the hazard is eliminated by detonating all trap factors and trapped explosives with high explosive power and jet effect generated by ignition of the plastic explosive in the container by remote control.

In the cave searches frequently encountered in military operations, thanks to the night vision camera (6.1 ) on the vehicle, both the internal exploration of the cave and the creation of the desired effect can be achieved by using the anti-personnel particle destruction container if the cave attack operation is to be carried out. In addition, the invention can also be used to make caves, which are designated as hiding and habitats, unusable and to dispose of the explosive substances contained therein.

It is to neutralize enemy armored vehicles and tanks' tracks encountered in offensive and defensive battles. It is to disarm armored vehicles coming from the enemy zone by exploiting the armored piercing container (2) or by utilizing high explosion and jet impact and armor piercing capability of the anti-personnel particle destruction container located on the tracked destruction vehicle. Since the mobility of enemy tanks we encountered in offense and defenses is ensured by disabling the tracks of tanks, the sword-whip effect generated by the ignition of the plastic explosive located in guided armor-piercing container on the vehicle causes damage to the enemy tank tracks, thus ending the movement activity.

The vehicle is suitable for use in trapped neighborhoods in residential events, at the entrance doors and the inner chambers of buildings and houses, in the approach direction of the neighborhood, also at critical points where staff may be targeted. In order to prevent staff losses, by annihilating and defusing trapped explosives and potential objects which may be explosives known to be in neighborhoods, buildings, home entrances and inside of them by tracked annihilation vehicle, staff can easily enter the region. Taking advantage of the high piercing feature of the container, by detonating, it is possible to drill through the wall and open a passage between the buildings and at the same time the buried trapped handmade improvised explosives can be destroyed. Thanks to the servo motors running silently and serially on the enemy assets inside the building by using the anti-personnel particle container, attack can be done by approaching quickly day and night. The enemy can be rendered ineffective by scattering the steel pieces resembling the diamond segments in the anti- personnel particle container around at high speed.

It is also one of the areas of use to send a tracked destruction vehicle to the target point, in order to ensure that the unabated conflict is calmed down in mutual position wars and to provide deterrence and for the purpose of frightening or neutralizing the enemy.
