Abstract:
A hardened layer polymer film, which is a single-component hardened layer and has the following structural formula: (I). The hardened layer is a germanium oxide compound of a ladder structure consisting of an inorganic double-stranded skeleton having an organic side chain, and is generated by means of a polymerization reaction of two germanium oxide compounds having different side chain structures. This hardened layer relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid material, improves the hardness, friction resistance and thermal stability of the hardened layer polymer film, and has excellent optical transparency, thermal stability and good mechanical properties.
