Provided is a mattress assembly capable of selectively comprising a plurality of hardness-adjustable members, the mattress assembly comprising: a topper (50); a hardness adjustment unit (100) located on the lower part of the topper (50); and a support unit (200) located on the lower part of the hardness adjustment unit (100), wherein the hardness adjustment unit (100) comprises a plurality of hardness adjustment bodies (110), which are detachable and have different hardnesses.
