Abstract:
Disclosed are a harmless and resourceful integrated treatment method and system for oil sludge. The treatment method comprises the process steps of oil sludge crushing, spraying and hot washing, primary mechanical extrusion separation, secondary centrifugal separation, sludge granulation and drying, oil sludge particle pyrolysis incineration and waste heat recycling. The treatment system comprises various treatment apparatuses corresponding to the process steps. By using the treatment method and system in the present application, various oilfield waste can be treated in a large-scale centralized manner, and the crude oil recovery rate reaches 85% or more; waste water resulting from oil sludge treatment is completely recycled, and zero discharge of the waste water is realized; and oil sludge particles are subjected to anoxic pyrolysis in a reducing atmosphere, discharged slag can be used comprehensively as building materials etc., waste heat from pyrolysis incineration can be used for steam production and power generation and system heat supply, and throughout the whole treatment process, the oil sludge treatment cost is reduced, and harmless, resourceful and large-scale treatment of oil sludge is achieved.
