Abstract:
A hatch structure in a building comprising a hatch unit having an opening/closing hatch plate being fixed to an opening part opened in the floor partitioning the space under the floor and the space above the floor. The outer frame (17b) of the hatch unit (Hu) is fixed with an edge frame (10), which is fixed onto a fixing face (8) having a position adjusting space (Sp) formed at the circumferential edge of the opening part (2) in the floor (Fr) while adjusting the position so that flooring plates (6, 18b) can be laid while being aligned on the floor (Fr), the edge frame (10) and the underlying materials (5, 11, 18a) of the hatch plate (18). Consequently, the joint or the pattern of the flooring plate on the floor can be matched readily and accurately with those of the flooring plate of the hatch plate for opening/closing the opening part.
