A head massager comprises a front housing (110), a rear housing (120) enclosed with the front housing, and a massage assembly (200) disposed at the top on the inner side of the front housing (110). The massage assembly (200) comprises a housing (210, 220), multiple massage heads (230) extending from the bottom of the housing (210, 220), and a driving assembly (240) disposed in the housing (210, 220). The driving assembly (240) comprises a horizontally placed motor (241), a bevel gear (242) disposed on an output shaft of the motor (241), and a horizontally placed gear set driven by the bevel gear (242). The multiple massage heads (230) are uniformly divided into two groups and disposed on two sides of the motor (241), and the groups of the massage heads (230) are all driven by the gear set. By disposing the bevel gear (242) and the gear set meshing with the bevel gear (242), the horizontal mounting of the motor (241) and the gears is ensured, so that the mounting height is lowered; in this manner, the enclosure height of the housing (210, 220) is lowered, the interior space of the front housing (110) is saved, the structure is more compact, and the front housing (110) can be lighter and thinner; in addition, by means of the gear transmission mode, the rotational speed is also adjusted, so that the massage assembly (200) can stably rotate, and noise generated during the massage is reduced.
