Provided is a head-mounted device capable of more accurately measuring the state of the body of the wearer thereof, who is a worker, said state being necessary to estimate the likelihood of heat illness. This head-mounted device is equipped with: an outer shell; a first channel, which is a gap between the head of the wearer and the outer shell; a second channel which is provided in the outer shell and is connected to the first channel; a fan which blows air from one channel among the first and second channels to the other; an airflow measurement device for measuring the flow of air from the fan; a first humidity sensor for measuring the absolute humidity of the intake air which enters the one channel among the first and second channels; and a second humidity sensor for measuring the absolute humidity of the discharged air which leaves the other channel among the first and second channels.
