Abstract:
This head-mounted display device (100) is worn on the head of a user (10) and permits observation of displayed images. The head-mounted display device (100) includes: a display part (110) for display of displayed images; and a controller (120) for performing a control process of the timing for display of displayed images on the display part (110). The controller (120) performs the control process in such a way that display intervals in which a displayed image is displayed by the display part (110), and non-display intervals in which no displayed image is displayed, repeat in alternating fashion, each single display interval being no more than 600 ms (inclusive) in duration.
