Abstract:
Disclosed is a head structure of a rail vehicle. The overall head structure of the rail vehicle is of a shuttle shape, pneumatic diversion ridges (7) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle of the head structure of the rail vehicle, a pneumatic diversion groove (8) is formed between every two pneumatic diversion ridges (7) at the same side, and the pneumatic diversion groove (8) is of a structure with the front end being lower than the rear end. The overall head structure of the rail vehicle takes aluminum alloy as a base material, and aluminum alloy sheets and profiles are connected by using a welding method, such that the collision strength, the lightweight property and the aerodynamic property of the head structure can be improved.
