Abstract:
The present invention provides a head-up display having a reduced possibility of occurrence of a kinematic failure. A head-up display 1 shows a virtual image V by projecting display light Li onto a windshield WS of a car C, and is provided with: a display part 20 that emits the display light Li representing car information; a reflection part 3 that reflects the display light Li and is rotatable about a rotation axis P; a protrusion part that is able to rotate the reflection part 3 by rotating in conjunction with the reflection part 3; a power transmission part 70 that rotates the reflection part 3 by pushing and pulling the protrusion part 37 at at least one contact point by the linear movement thereof; and a power part 80 that linearly moves the power transmission part 70.
