Abstract:
Disclosed is a healthy and nutritious porridge, characterized in that: the recipe is as follows: 20% to 25% of sticky rice, 3% to 5% of sweet potatoes, 2% to 6% of red jujubes, 2% to 8% of longans, 3% to 7% of lotus seeds, 3% to 5% of honey, 5% to 9% of corn, 2% to 5% of crystal sugar, 5% to 10% of walnut kernels, 2% to 5% of fructus lycii, 3% to 8% of chinese arborvitae kernels, 3% to 8% of chestnuts, 3% to 7% of cured raisins and the remainder being water.
