Abstract:
The present invention relates to a health support device, and the health support device, which is attached to the head of a user so as to synthesize vitamins or promote hair growth, comprises: a bending portion which is formed so as to cover at least a partial area of the head of a user, and which includes a reflector on the inner surface thereof so as to be bent toward the head in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction; at least one light source provided on one side of the lower part in the bending portion, which follows the first direction and/or the second direction, so as to emit light at reflector; a power supply unit for supplying power to the light source; and a control unit for controlling the strength of the light source.
