Abstract:
Disclosed are a heart valve stent and a prosthesis thereof. The stent comprises a stent framework, and the stent framework comprises a plurality of interconnected grids; two ends of the stent framework are provided with a plurality of end portion grids, at least one end portion grid is a first end portion grid, and all of the end portion grids at the end portion at which the first end portion grid is located are continuously and completely distributed in the circumferential direction; and the projection height of the first end portion grid in the axial direction is lower than the projection height of another end portion grid at the same end in the axial direction. The heart valve stent and the prosthesis thereof as provided may reduce damage to a conduction system and reduce conduction block, thus improving surgical safety and improving the quality of life of a patient.
