Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a heat-conductive grease having excellent heat conducting efficiency. This heat-conductive grease transmits the heat generated by a heat-generating body to a cooling member, the heat-conductive grease containing: a base oil comprising at least one selected from a poly-α-olefina and a copolymer of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid dialkyl ester and an α-olefin; a dispersant formed from a phosphoric acid-based anionic surfactant; and a heat-conductive filler.
